OK, sorry but I'll be the grinch here.
This is a cheap publicity stunt by UPS, it makes no economic or practical sense at all. Look at how many parcels can be carried at a time, if they only used bikes for two days the system would totally explode. It's a joke, and a bad one.

The bike delivery can't completely replace trucks, but there should be a niche for it. For example, in congested downtown streets where the trucks tend to block traffic. If they would invest in something like this:
