Great service from REI (Downtown Seattle)
 

I have to give a shout out to Rusty at the REI service center at the downtown store. My STI shifter got stuck and I couldn't shift off the large chain ring. So I popped into REI (I work a couple of blocks away) to see if they could fix it by the end of the day. In fact, Rusty stopped working on whatever he was working on, came out and fixed it. He also made a couple of adjustments to keep it from happening again. All free of charge. I felt like I had to give him something for it, so I bought some chain cleaner and lube. All in all some great service.
