New bike store in Snohomish!

I've ridden by several times and not noticed them. Not much signage, but my daughter saw the place and mentioned it. I dropped by on my commute home last week. Small place run by a very friendly couple. They have a handful of new bikes, some accessories, do repair, and they hope to do good business renting bikes. I don't remember the name of the place, but they're right on 1st St. in old Snohomish.

This is great news for me, as I can drop in on my commute home for stuff. I'll pay them a visit on my way home today to pick up a new spare tube (got a flat this morning).

I hope they do well. I'm all about supporting the little guys.

great news, Snohomish is the Hub of many of my rides. I needed a bike shop a few years back for an emergency repair, but the only one in Snohomish had just moved out.

When you get a name and address could you post it?

Thanks

David

Rode by on my way home, the place is just called Snohomish Bicycles. And they get their first skidmark as far as I'm concerned. I wanted to drop in and get a new tube, it was during their normal open hours, but the door was locked and a sign said "Gone riding". Not good, especially for a new business. Customers have got to be able to count on you. Plus it was cold, windy and raining, I highly doubt they were really out riding.

I saw the bike shop on my ride Saturday and just thought that I never really noticed it before. It's in a pretty convenient spot for me as many of my rides pass through that part of town. I may stop in on my next ride out that way.

This is great!

My wife and I ride up to Snohomish frequently. The loop from our house (between Woodinville and Duvall) to Snohomish to Monroe and back is one of our favorite rides.

We'll stop by the next time we're up there.

Oops, I blew it! Dropped by today and noticed the sign on the door clearly said they were open Wednesday through Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday. My apologies to Snohomish Bikes. Consider that skidmark repealed. And as atonement for my mistake, I hereby DEMAND that each and every one of you go there and buy something!
