Erickson bicycles

A co-worker of mine has an Erickson 3 bicycle made by Glenn Erickson in Seattle. I have found some info on his work but can't seem to find much about his bikes that don't have the coupler system or aren't tandems. this bike is beautiful if understated. Beautiful pearl white and its light as a feather with some really nice lug work that incorporates the letter 3 and some other markings in decal or paint I'm not sure that have the 3 in them also. Its got Rohlf hubs and rolls like silk and has a Campy groupset with carbon brake levers. Anyway its a beauty and its too large for my co-worker or me since if it was the right size I would buy it in a heartbeat. I posted on the road forum already and not much response so I figured someone here in the PNW would have a bit more insight into a local builder. I do know he was partnered with Rodriguez to start R+E cycles but I am told the no longer are in business together although I could be mistaken.

I saw Glenn speak at the Seattle Bike Expo last year. He was a partner of Angel Rodriguez to form R&E, then sold out many years ago. Made frames on his own, and he's now retired from framebuilding. My recollection is that he made a bunch of bikes w/very nice hand-carved lugs; the lugwork was something of a trademark of his.

He now owns/runs Erickson Cycle Tours, based in Seattle:

Am guessing you could reach him there...they have a Facebook page as well but it does not appear to be active (their "wall" is loaded w/spam messages that haven't been removed...)
