It's about time. How many months has the construction been going on?

Yeeaahh!! Thanks msalki...I gave it til spring to even look over the fence. This is one of those times I really love my varied and erratic work schedule. Ya'll can go mash with the masses this weekend. I'll be riding on empty weekday afternoons...

I liked the detour better. The old trail was flat, straight line, and boring and I bet the new trail is not any better. I usually ride south of the city so I don't think I could follow that complex route without the detour signs.

Do you have a GPS, Pain? If so, I can probably find a track log of the detour route, which you could use to find it again. Or possibly some directions.

On the other hand, you could always make your own detour, and just head back toward the lake when you've had enough or got turned around.

No GPS, but I have the Seattle bike map. It is just a hassle to have to stop all the time and have sweat drip on the map while you try to figure out where to go next.
