He has been laying on the kitchen floor like all day. That's not typical of him. Usually he is tormenting the cats, or the cocker. His name is Bentley, and he was 6mo old yesterday.

What a cutie!

Maybe he's sore from today's run?

No other cyclist sightings on my 6 mile ride. Rain scares 'em all, male and female. I'll be logging another 8 miles later we'll have to see what we'll see...

No cyclists on my ride. Riding indoors will do that. https://connect.garmin.com/activity/72934788

SA, that's a really nice looking dog!

I went running today on a trail around a nearby park. I almost forgot how awesome the warm weather is. Lots of short shorts and training tops. The eye candy when running is infinitely superior to cycling

I went out this afternoon with a British friend, he probably sounds like coasting.

We got in 55 miles, it was cloudy, windy, with temps in the upper 40's. I don't have a computer but he does, he said we did 4400 feet of climbing.

It was most excellent.

We only saw ONE other cyclist the whole ride.

Go cycling where you have a good view of runners--best of both worlds.

Rollerblade butts FTW! Runners = too scrawny in the gluteal area as a general rule.

Yeah, I think he was a bit worn out. I also think it cause some shin splints on me, and some mild discomfort in my knee, but I knew that was coming. Thanks, though, he is quite the character.

Thanks! Not near as awesome as your trip, but he is a fun doggy.
