Depending on brand and cut I have to go up one or two sizes. If there isn't am actual size chart available from the seller/ manufacturer, I don't buy it.

Ya'll make me feel like a freak. I normally cross 200 bpm a couple times per ride on climbs... my average on a 30 mile ride is about 165.

I work for the Forest Service, so i travel those roads often. I'd love to do either of those rides, but neither my bike or my body is up for that at this point lol
