This quest reminds me of when I took a Raleigh 'Folding Twenty' and made in "full" Campy..got close.The bb was Sugino, but the cups werePhil Wood.
Only front hub was Campy rear was Nuke Proof...etc...

I would 'heat' it up a bit w/hot water... makes it more pliable. Double check on that advice.

Really you don't need to spend a lot to get to a 10.65kg. folder. 23.5 lbs. is actually where my Raleigh Folding Twenty is at.
I suspect if I threw some more cash at it, I could get those numbers...

Great bikes though, once you have it set up how you like it.
Mine has zero original parts.
bottom bracket: Shimano axel w/ Phil wood cups...
