Judging by the tubing stamps and pantographs it's 1979-1980ish Marinoni. While restoring I found two tubes were old feathered bird Columbus stamp, one tube with the new Cinelli merger bird stamp....

There is some article on sheldon brown about it. If you run the same spoke wheels, you're either overbuilding the front, or underbuilding the back.
