That gets a "hot" from me. I don't mind matchy bar tape when it actually matches. That said, black would look excellent, too.

Pretty hot for an older bike. I like the white saddle just fine, but it requires a balance with white bar tape. I'm not at all a fan of the swirly tape on there now. Definitely trim the stack.
