I wouldn't be surprised if you have a cup & cone system in what appears to be a "cartridge" type BB, considering the country of origin.
IF so, the spindle probably doesn't have polished bearing...

They ommited a few splines, it's still a 20-splines 32mm "standard", the Park Tool BBT-22 tool will work.

I ordered front disk hubs from two manufactures recently. Two of them will work with 2mm or 2.3mm and two of them won't work with 2.3mm. check before ordering.
