I’ve owned a Canyon since they first opened in the US- and Endurace CF with Shimano 105.
Clearly not a hybrid so cannot speak to the quality or build finish of the particular bike yoi’re looking at....

Canyon is also a premium brand these days. Certainly comparable with Specialized. Direct sales model makes them a fair bit cheaper for an equivalent spec.
