Within the rules or outside of them?

Sorry for two questions, but why limit it to pro?

The difference between pro and non-pro is more narrow for women than men.
Doping is harder to catch as the results remain longer.
Legal hormone use with a prescription is doping IMO - but allowed. I've see as a % more use with female racers. Some I knew about, others you can look and tell, others no idea.

As far as legal stuff, I recall reading that hormonal birth control provided an edge to female athletes. Some can't take it due to health concerns. I'd bet that the pros are on it.

To respond again, I have know 3 users out of maybe 20 "pro" women I've known (who at least knew my name) over 30 years.
One I know had a prescription.
One you only had to look.
One was a former weight lifter, but off of it. She was still muscular.
