EF looking good this year
Higuita got GC in the tour of Columbia 2.1, Martinez second with Bernal third. Rigo was only a few minutes behind after his nasty Vuelta crash. Martinez bagged the national time trial. I'm hoping the quintessential American team has good results this year after a nasty 2019 season.

They definitely are starting the season off right. They were decent at the Herald Sun Tour down under with Powless finishing 4th overall.

I've become a fan of theirs over the last few years. Especially Lochlan Morton. I'm sure it's from watching their video series. But he seems like a genuinely good guy.
I'm not ready to say he is replacing Sagan as my favorite rider, but he's drawing ever closer. |
EF Cycling fan here.
They owned Tour of Colombia and were awesome in the last of the racing the pro peloton did in Paris Nice. I was looking for Lachlan and Alex to make it interesting in the Cape Epic. ....hmm fast forward to now. To be continued I guess |
If the forecasted schedules of the races will go as planned, it's going to be a crazy season with all these races so close to each other. Some even overlapping each other I think. It will be interesting how teams will shuffle riders.

I can't wait to see how Uran and Froome do now that they've had an extended recovery time. I wonder if the Columbians will have an advantage living for an extended period of time at altitude vs the Europeans who maybe lose out on altitude training?
