I had already forgot about this racer. Sounds like he is doing well for his family 👍

I liked him as a racer. Gotin a good break in the world's in Richmond and rode hard. Seems like a good guy one of those who wouldn't let you down.

What is the level of pro that it was worth pursuing?
0 National Team - track, juniors, Olympics - no money
1 Pro license - $1-10K / year salary - get another job.
2 Pro hire - $50K or so
3 UCI Pro continental team
4 UCI WT team no Grand Tours
5 UCI WT Domestique

I think all the GC guys, the jersy winners pretty much think it was all worth it, but Sagan was not recommending it. At what level do you punch out and do something else.
