This interview is old just four days ago at the time of this posting. Makes for a fitting closure to this thread, that it ended reasonably well (Or how else to put it. After some thought, I edited out 'very' in front of 'reasonably' and maybe I should take the 'reasonably' out as well).
Some pretty drastic reading in spots but should be required reading for all who take part in sprints and racing generally.
