Finish Line Refuge

What actually takes place when the race is over and the riders head directly to their team headquarters. You see this every time when Lance finishes, or any other rider really. I know so much is done to replenish fluids that are lost, but was wondering if anyone had insight into what takes place. Massage, H2O, Change of clothes, etc. Thanks!

Supposedly 1/2 an hour from the time you stop is supposed to be a point where your body absorbs a lot of glycogen.. Some kind of serious recovery drink with carbs and protein... Even some solid food maybe.. So my guess,,, leak/dump, change clothes, hydration, food... Not necessarily in that order...
