excited for the giro in a month. a few little one-days before that tho.
haven’t been able to watch itzulia in real time and haven’t been bothered enough to catch stage highlights yet. probably will on the eve of the last stage.

Would like to see McNulty take a flyer today and see if he can grab a stage.
On the one hand, I think it's great that we are in a new era in which GC big shots repeatedly battle it out for stage wins. 5-10 years ago, the strategy was to get the GC edge, and then protect the lead by making sure that the GC bunch finished together, with anybody ahead being only those who weren't GC contenders.
On the other hand, I'd like to see some more variety on the podium of each stage.

Oh yeah been watching but not a lot of time to talk since it's gotten NICE here for spring. Huge bummer that Bilbao got sick and dropped out. Carapaz got pissed? and dropped out after EF kind of bungled stage 4(?). Uran is looking really strong. Ide Schelling had that wonderful stage win, but the next day he was docked 20 points in the points competition because ...? I didn't catch the reason. Soler fell and broke his finger. Quickstep messed up, they had three riders in top twenty, could've really done something. Knox is back and looking good!
Riders complaining about the wild finish that Schelling won. Wah wah then stay at the back and drag your brakes like Martinez and Mas did. Too bad Landa had a weaker team here but Jonas would probably have been too strong anyways. Nice to see the Tour winner looking like a tour winner - that was Demon descending to claim stage 6!
