Why are we only on Stage 14, but have 23 codes???

I spent a few evenings guessing words at more-or-less random, just to see if they'd work as codes, and some of them did. E.g., I guessed "tourmalet" several days before it was actually displayed on the TV.

I wonder if they have any logic to basically ensure you don't win if you use a word before the day it is given?

"Musette" was on today but it doesn't work on the website. What gives?

Thanks, DrPete! I just tried "musette" and it worked (but not well enough for me to win).

I think they have logic built in to make sure that you don't win, regardless. :D

Yeah, I read the rules and apparently it's set up so that the yellow jersey is given out at a random time during the day, so if the time ends up being 2:33 AM that's just tough for us...

It's all good, though--a little headache is worth it for my Saab and Cervelo... :)

I tried playing today's code (domestique), and it came and told me I was all out of chances to play. Wtf?

same.i dont see anything in the rules about limited # of times to play.

5. Sweepstakes/Instant Win Game: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. basso and ullrich didn't work today, I wonder if they are no longer valid codes and they have added some new ones.
