Taken from Velonews...
Or at least riders on the TdF teams. Not sure if these guys are starters and actually out there?
Linas Balciunas/Agritubel: 6'5"; 195 lbs
Alexandre Botcharov/Credit Agricole: 5'4"; 119 lbs

On Eurosport, it lists Jose Rujano Guillen of Quickstep at 5' - 3.75" (1.62 M * 39.36 in/M), and 105 lbs (48KG * 2.2 lbs/KG). He is still in the race, and learning the hard way.

They are all small in the eyes of Phil Liggett, although he used to call Ullrich "The Big German", but mostly he enjoys saying, "The little green man..." or "the little spaniard..." If Shaq were in yellow, he would be "the little American"

It would be appropriate. Check out this bit of trivia taken from NBA.com:
Full name is Shaquille Rashaun O’Neal (first and middle names mean “little warrior” in Islam)
Here is the link:
https://www.nba.com/playerfile/shaquille_oneal/bio.html
It is near the bottom of the page, in the Personal section.
