Without these 2 advantages and another week of riding in his legs, Ithink it is possible he will lose close to 4 minutes to riders like Cadel and Vino and close to 2 minutes from AC.
Which means AC has to earn about .30 to 1 minute in stage 16 to have a shot.

The big question now comes down to Ras. Can he really time trial on a relatively flat course? He has big chunks of time to give, but will it be enough? The yellow jersey does inspire.

Is there a time bonus awarded to the ITT stage winner? If so, does Evans get the bonus for the first ITT since Vino was doped on that stage?

I read on cyclingnews somewhere that the disqualifcation only affects the top 20 in the GC. And since Vino was in like 21 or so and 30 something when he cracked i dont think it matters. I am probably wrong though

Contador will be protected before this stage but Evans will probably be right behind him, out of the wind, too. I'm going to say that Evans won't be able to gain enough time over Contador to win the Yellow jersey.

I'm going to make a HUGE speculation saying that Cadel Evens will crash into a spectator and Contador will finish strongly, but not strong enough. Levi will then take 2nd place and trail by only one minute. On stage 20, Contador will have to wait behind Levi for one minute so Levi can win the TDF with an all-american victory.

Levi seems to have been getting stronger (even compared to the dopers, but of course he's clean ).
Anyway, I'm going to guess Levi will win.

I hope Levi (not Lazy Loser ) is able to do something magical tomorrow.
In case you were wondering what it's like the night before and morning of a time trial, here is a bit of quick reading.

I hope Contador keeps yellow. I think Cadel deserves his second place (or, obviously, the win, should he gain enough time), but it wouldn't upset me if Levi moved up one spot.

there goes millars chance, his read disk wheels aluminum braking surface and the carbon between it just literally separated from the disk itself, a few meters after the starting gate,

Looks like there is a tailwind with the super fast times being posted. That should benefit Contador a little.
