Seems that yesterday and today that there were a few times when Phil was commentating that I heard Paul in the background seemingly commentating as well, although not for the Versus broadcast. Are these two double dipping, is Paul conducting guest comments for other broadcasts (ala the Cycling.tv phone ins), or are they laying down comments for WCP?

Also, is commentating a word?

Sherwin and Liggett also do the commentary for Australian television, so they're always trading off. Those guys are real workhorses!

Maybe it's the afternoon (vs. morning) coverage that I watch, but I almost never see Phil and only get Hummer and Roll (sounds like a bad lawyer's office).

In Australia, we get the Phil and Paul show. Occassionally (every 15 minutes or so) Sherwen takes over the commentating for a few minutes and you can hear Liggett waffling on in the background. I assume Liggest sneaks out and talks on air with the US co-hosts.

Interesting, in the UK we got the reverse, we got Shagger Sherwen commentating, with Phils voice in the background.

Just goes to show how good those guys are, they can do 2 commentaries simultaneously.
