I own 2 saabs, their poor quality and poor reliability has my wife and I are putting together what we call our "saab exit strategy". I also have had 2 cervelo frames that have broken due to mfr defect (R2.5 and R3). Additionally, 2 of my team mates have had R2.5 frames break, and another has had an R3 frame break. Call me jaded, but if I won that contest I'd be going straight to ebay.

I hear people that love their Saabs but I hear more stories like yours. I never heard about Cervelos breaking but really don't follow them and would not own one cause it would make someone of my limited abilities look too Fred.

I had a Saab 1975 99 EMS. Bought it brand new. Good car except
paint pealed off - fought them tooth and nail for a repaint and won
clutch went bad - paid to fix as it was off warranty
Still liked the car though
