Has he ever apologised for that horrible incident in Turkey?

He got a month-long suspension.

Yes, I'm asking if he took responsibility. Because I really hope that's not the way he plans on riding the bike on the road.

Why, you planning to toss a bike pump into his wheel or something?

There are five threads on that accident already, feel free to re-read them and bump them. It was an accident, he did not do it intentionally. He has sat out his ban. Done & done.

Now, as for his riding, will he have the required endurance? How much of a sprinter will he be? Hushovd-good?

Theo Bos didn't do it intentionally.

If he can have the required endurance, he'll leave Cavendish in his wake. But he's got to get to the finish first.

Yeah O.K., after he got caught, all of a sudden he's sorry. If you feel unstable, grab the nearest jersey and snatch the other rider into the barriers. So he broke his back, too bad, that's racing. I'm sorry, if I was Impey, I would have taken a baseball bat to his legs. No Excuses.

Wrong ****ing thread for this.

Anyways, I'm interested to see how well Theo does with this new team. Hopefully Cavendish will have some better competition next season.

I haven't been following cycling long but I latched on to Cervelo early in the season. I don't know anything about Bos, is he a sprinter coming from track? If so, do you think he's going to be a lead out man for Hushovd or is Hushovd perhaps changing roles, maybe trying for more breakaways on the flats?

Bos is a world champion match sprinter a few times over, so there is a HUGE learning curve. AS I read it, Cervelo was interested in getting a second sprinter; not necessarily a leadout man, but someone else to win the bunches when Hushovd is elsewhere.

Looks like he's still racing the track:

He won a few races on the road this past year, but endurance will be a problem just like it was when Cav started out...
