Nice to see Greg Lemond back after getting shot by his brother-in-law. Woops wrong thread. I'm pretty sure that is Landis and he looks to be in good condition as well.
Edit: Just read that that Landis signed with Bahati Foundation in another thread so looks like I have guessed wrong.

It doesn't look like Floyd.

Note the chicken legs.

Floyd is in Redlands, Ca.

Surprised Campbell's Soup doesn't have a team. Chicken looks pretty Chunky.

Rasmussen? Because he's an ex-doper (well, an ex-not-available-for-tests-er) and some of those guys just carry that stigma and teams don't want to sign them. Others seem to get away with it just fine, which could be its own thread, I suppose. From a performance standpoint, guys like Landis, Basso, Hamilton, etc. who came back didn't exactly tear it up, so signing Rasmussen would be a risk that way. Hey, if the Chicken wins a lot of races, one of the bigger teams will probably sign him. Until then, its left to the smaller teams to play the high risk/high reward game.

I was surprised how popular Rasmussen was with the crowd and organisers.

That's because of where the race was. If it had been in France, Spain, or Italy, there would have been a lot of animus.

Thats the thing, it was in France. (Ronde d'Aix)

They were really excited to have him there and gave him alot of support. Prehaps because its such a small race, they like to welcome the big names or because he was never actually caught?
