great poster! I recently saw a pic in one of Graham Watson's book of the whole pack of the Pros struggling up a 20% something incline in wet weather. it would make a great poster too

Question - was it easier to walk up the Koppenberg with old slotted cleats? Or with modern Look/Shimano/Time cleats?

It took me two tries to make it up that hill. Surprisingly, it's not the hardest hill on the route.

There used to be a great poster of Mark Allen (former triathlete) riding a TT bike. I think it was by Nike. The caption read: Eat Right, Get Lots of Sleep, Drink Plenty of Fluids, Go Like Hell. I couldn't find it on Google...
