^ How do you have two recent grand tour winners, and not get a Pro Tour license?

Its the former Footon-Serveto team, every one knows how good they were. So the team has no one else but those two. Its not surprising. But my guess is the ASO will invite Geox to at least the Vuelta and Tour.

How do you prove financial viability without a title sponsor?

From what has been said there is a very large Luxembourg entrepreneur that is going to be the biggest sponsor of the team, but no announcement of which of his companies will be the title sponsor. They still submitted a budget, staff list, etc. but just not the name of a title sponsor. Odd yes, illogical no.

Yeah, seems like they are missing out on some good publicity, since the team has been the second biggest news story since the middle of the Vuelta.
