Cadel is proving that he is the strongest man in this year's tour and he deserves to be the champion. Andy was not stronger in the mountains and is much much weaker in the ITT. Pretty sure the Schlecks have already given up and are planning their post race excuses, any guesses on the excuse de jour?

Wow, Andy is horrible today, I knew he was bad at TTing but this is amazing. He may almost end up in 3rd place at this rate. And this is supposedly the "improved" AS who has worked hard on his TTing

Yes he is. I've never been a fan of his either, but I don't think it's unfortunate. He's ridden a brave and intelligent race this year, he deserves it.

He can count himself pretty lucky if he makes the podium.
At this rate, Evans is going to beat Martin.

Jeez, Andy's time trialing has regressed from last season big time. Frank has always been bad. But Andy actually showed some improvement last year. He's really fallen back.

At what do Brothers Schmuck realize they need to go all in on learning how to TT if they ever want to win the Tour? Andy's got a lot of years left ahead of him if he'll make the commitment.

If Frank finishes faster than Andy I'll be disappointed. I felt from day one Frank was in better form this year then Andy. Why does he sacrifice himself for his brother when he's obviously better?

I don't altogether disagree, but they both finished the stage in the top twenty time-triallists. That doesn't exactly make them useless.

Really glad I was wrong about this. For the longest time, its seemed like Evans would never win for various reasons. For once, he rode great and everything else worked his way.

And, I had Tony Martin with this as his wildcard stage today.

Was really hoping both Schlecks would ride themselves off the podium after all their whining and excuses. A CE-TV-AC podium would have been sweet and wasn't outside the bounds of reality but it wasn't to be, oh well. Well done Cadel, nice bounce back AC

Cadel is a deserving winner. He was more aggressive than he's been in past years. I can't fault him for much of anything this year. Good on BMC. So George's 9th Tour winning team...nice pocket change.

Easy win for Cadel. Schleck needed to put more time on Cadel on Alp d'Huez, he failed, and lost the Tour.

Congratulations for Cadel on being the first Australian winner.

Congrats to Evans. I hope he at least tries to smile a little and makes us feel that hes actually happy tomorrow.
Great tour this year.
