On this page with the timetable for tomorrow's stage 18:

If I'm reading that right, the last three columns are the expected local time for the head of the race to get to that point, given an average speed in km/h -- right? So if the winner averages 36.0 km/h, he will cross the line at 17:04 local time, which is 11:04am in New York.

Is that correct?
