Yeah, definitely not happy with my Cav & Anton picks. Should have gone with a cheap sprinter and Nibali.

With Cav gone and me sitting at 12 already I think I can feel this ship sinking. Now to avoid the lanterne rouge!

Not sure what I was thinking believing in Menchov's B.S. about diet and training specifically for the 3-peat.

Would have been a lot more fun to pick Roche and some decent domestiques instead of a roster full of scrubs.

At least I'm in the top 10...for now

Ha--buncha rookies! I went from 2nd yesterday to 10th today. Nobody goes from the starry heights right into the toilet like Second Mice.

DAMN. Good day for me.... Chavanel in red to start. Half the freaking Liquigas team taking the 1 3 4 and 5 spots. Sagan with the win which was kind of odd considering the time bonus that Nibali could have taken.

We might be saying that still in another week.

I should have gone with the dart-throwing method of team selection. So much for my analysis. It isn't worth urinalysis.

I won't kick myself yet for last coin flip picking Martin over Chavenel, but old Sylvan is sure redeeming himself so far after his battered slog through le Tour just to fly the tricolor.

I'm not a big fan of how VeloGames organizes things. Cause of the "forced picks" from the categories, a lot of us have teams which are just too similar to make it interesting.

If they would combine the "all-rounders" with the climbers the game would be more fun and it would make more sense. These days with less emphasis on the ITT most of the climbers are considered GC contenders.

Anyway, I need Wiggins to win to have any chance now. He's not the most fun guy to root for.

Yeah, the distinction between "all-rounders" and "climbers" is "GC guys that can TT" and "GC guys that can't TT".

So what you're saying is that during the TDF they incorrectly labeled Andy Schleck

Sweet!! Got the bump up to 1st with Dan Martin's win yesterday. Not sure if I will hold it today though, with only Wiggins placing in the top10 in the time trial for my team.

I was not even in the top 10 until the past couple of days though, so pleasant surprise! May my climbing team come through!!!

Andy does get a bad rap. TT is his weakness but he's not THAT bad, nowhere near a Purito. Heck, my boy Scarponi was pedalling squares on his aero bike yesterday.

I agree the Velogames distinction is annoying. Have to have a sprinter, too. I mean, look at BMC's Tour team - no sprinter there in 2011, fully committed to the GC. Just like they'll be in 2012? !!

Anyway, looking like a tight battle for the last spot on the podium in the BF league, with just a little separation for the Oreos & 'Cats. Happy rest day, we'll see how the next half of the race treats us.
