FWIW, I just got home, checked the radioshack feed, no video or anything else. 3:48pm, the last 4km of the race. I'm watching the text updates on cyclingnews instead.

My coverage started late because of the Preakness but it was all there. Then - BONUS - they started coverage of the hockey game "already in progress".
