Heading to Liège this weekend to watch the start of the Tour. Anyone have any tips on parking and where to a good locations along the route to spectate from?

go early, park far away and ride in.

If your 3 or 4 hours early you might get to ride down some of the TDF roads.

will be super busy, have a walk around and watch a rider go past every minute.

stage 2 is a circle, so if you ride fast you get to see the tour twice in a day!

I suggest going to the first climb and it will be busy and fun. they go slower up hill, so it better for viewing. There will be other cyclist who will want to watch it twice and you will all rush over to the end of the course to see it again. its 35km / 40km. A little over an hour in the group you will find yourself in.

the time table is up on steephill.tv, the first climb is at 13.30, and you have plenty of time to make it across with your new friends
