American Andrew Talansky getting his first big stage race win, after showing very promising TT results these past couple years.
Good to start La Vuelta with some serious confidence.

Looking at Garmin-Sharp's Vuelta roster, I'd guess that Talansky will be designated as their team leader/GC hope? Good to see Vaughters digging deep to find unknown riders that he finds promising, instead of throwing money at established names. I also like that he throws the new guys head first into the opportunity of riding grand tours. I like that guy.

I don't know anything about Talansky. Isn't Le Mevel a bigger name?

Edit: Since I posted this a few minutes ago I looked at Slipstream's website. Talansky is much more impressive than Le Mevel. Looking forward to seeing him in the Giro.
