"I wish I was 21" is an Australian PDF file covering drugs in the peloton. Its rather longish but the best I've seen so far (179 pages) covering doping and the peloton. What strikes me the most beyond the doping is the culture is somewhat dishonest from the get-go. The accepted practices of spreading the wealth is a bit un-competitive for my liking. The concept of paying one to let the other win goes against the grain. This is a good read for -- lance lovers or not. Link here

I'm not american ok? but i believe the statement you do is pretty hard because the darn dope is everywhere and probably there is a cultural thing in the middle too like for example riders that are too competitive and that affects everything
