My entire team was shelled yesterday and they're sinking like an anchor. I'm a failure

Whelp I made the decision to try to give up some GC points by picking lowly guys and getting some decent sprinters. Paid off at the start. Hurting me now. Both my GC guys I picked (ryder and tejay) have been shelled and not doing me much good. Looks like I'm heading the wrong direction in this tour. Bummer!!

I've almost reached the bottom of BFPaceline! Only 4 from the bottom! it's taken longer than I thought but I'm also the Flamme Rouge!

Well I bounced hard off the bottom where I was for the first couple of days, and am now 2/3 of the way through the pack in my worst-to-first move. Look out! Some of you guys are flying backwards and I'm doing my best to not Cav-Veelers you onto the deck; there's still a few stages and urinators out there. I don't think I'll make it all the way, but I'm keeping my chin up, sort of like Cadel.
Meanwhile, over in the CyclingNews fantasy league, things are looking OK. Only 6 of us made the jump to that league but hey, it's a start. I'm trending slightly up at 200th out of 18,000+ overall.

It's pretty hard to pick a guy whose name was tossed about prior to the race, is still in the race, but has scored 0 points after all these stages. Thanks, Thibaut Pinot!
Shouldn't there be some bonus points for that?

I've done OK on the flats, but have gotten slaughtered on the mountains. The next few days should get really ugly for Stomachs of Anger.

I feel fortunate to be in 4th and I do not have Froome. If for some reason he does not win, I have a shot to win it all, but he looks too damn strong!!!!!!!!!!! "Tigerbait" "Tigerbait"

Well hats off to the Duder for his crushing victory in our league and 8th place overall. Impressive.
I'm patting myself on the back for my worst-to-6th climb back through the league. Maybe I can go have some drinks with Matt Goss or someone else who talks a good game but usually finishes just off the front. Perhaps Tyler will be back for the Vuelta.

Ouch ouch ouch. This has not been my fantasy year! Maybe I can redeem myself in the Vuelta, since I won the last two years!

5th place. Better than the Giro, but 5th place essentially makes me the Roman Kreuziger of the BF Fantasy League. Not so great.
Froome & Sagan delivered as expected. Mollema did a little better than I expected, though I still wish he would have had a better 3rd week. Cav wasn't worth the high price this time. I would have rather had Kittel and saved the 6 cost points.
Pinot was my big bust. I figured he would at least have been in a few early breaks and fighting for the KOM during the first two weeks. It's hard to be mad at him, though. I feel bad about his fear of descending and being a cautious descender myself, I can relate to him a little bit. I hope he can find a way to overcome this.

See you all at the next Grand Tour. I hope it's me dishing out the whooping next time.
