Peter Sagan popping a wheelie while racing up Mont Ventoux = Awesome.

He is great to watch.

I see sky breaking the rules and taking on food bags on a climb with 10kms to go.

Sagan is a ton of fun.

Quintana matching Froome so far after the ridiculous Porte + Froome pace combination

Contador could make it back up too. Good stage to watch.

Even Quintana can't hang with Froome. Just attack attack attack until you break everyone

I don't like the feed bag thing, but Sky did what they were supposed to do today. Contador just didn't have it in him. That Quintana is an amazing climber, I thought he might get it.

Pretty f-ing sh*tty of SKY to take the food bags if no one else did. Food to keep them from bonking isn't the same as a monetary fine. Quintana was awesome but needs to learn when the Yellow Jersey rider yells for you to pull that you don't. The moment Quintana moved up Froome attacked. Lesson learned for Quintana.

Sagan has to be the most talented rider out there. If he trained a bit more he can win time trials, sprints, and isn't a bad climber. I think he will make a fine classics rider also

How much EPO does it take to do a wheelie AND climb Mount Ventoux?

Actually, I think it is in a way.

I mean, none of these riders ever seem to do anything for the fans. It wouldn't kill some of them, at least the backmarkers, to give a wave at the finish, maybe even stop and chat for a minute with some fans, give out an autograph or two or show some kind of appreciation for the people that stand around for days just to catch a glimpse of these guys. Just look at the play this little wheelie has gotten. It's really appreciated.

I know time is at a premium after a stage, but most riders can spare a minute or two for the fans.

Love them or hate them, Pantani and Cipollini were great showmen and entertainers, as well as racers (among other things). I think Sagan is the closest thing we have to them in the current generation of riders.

haha...sagan doing the wheelie, great stuff.
I like Cavendish, but he's not going to get the green this year, unless sagan crashes or drops out.

"The three riders from Froome's team that remained in the front group took a feedbag half way up the mountain. This can only be done when riding within your physical capacity.

At the time, many thought this move was outside the rules but the race officials had announced, over race radio, that feeding was allowed at this point. The move was legal and it was smart. "

Jack Bauer did one at the summit, but I still think Sagan's was better:
