I'll be signing up. I shouldn't do any worse than the TdF where for some reason I only spent 90/100 rider points.

I don't know why but I always make mine 100 even, not that it helps. Good luck to everyone.. and since college football is about to start too..."Tigerbait, Tigerbait"

Just joined. I got lucky with the Roche victory today, but something tells me I'm going to regret not having Nibali.

definitely. he just seems to be in the right place at the right time more often than not. kinda like cadel. rarely spectacular but seems like a quiet fighter/grinder.
never your flashy first choice but consistent.

Oh, just found that "never bet on Euskatel" note. Oh well, won't need it again after this race anyway. C'mon, Sammy. I'm hoping for some surprises because, not that I look at it again, I'm sort of surprised at who I wound up picking a few days ago.

Today was a good day for me. I have Stybar and Gilbert. My 6-8 point guys are doing well except for Gerrans. I still have hope that he'll go for a stage win later on, though.

My 10+ point guys might be a problem. Laurens ten Dam hasn't been able to repeat his TDF success, but I'm a fan of his and I don't regret picking him. He's only a little over a minute down, but I don't think the super steep stuff is going to suit him well. Meanwhile, Betancur is 52 minutes down. I was hoping for more from him.

Wish I had paid more attention to some of the 6-8 point guys but I gambled all my points on the podium positions and took 2 and 4 point guys to fill the team. Oh well, still hoping.

Looks like the podium is slowly cementing into where we are at. Not sure I'll be able to make progress on you guys in 1st and 2nd.

So my last minute thinking before I slapped the table on my team was: Horner will probably crash out by stage 3 because there's a turn there, and I've got 2 extra points, so I might as well pick Dan Martin -- he'll have a few good days and will get me some stage finishes here and there. Good thinking!

I had other issues, too.

Great to see the old man come through and have the ride of his life, even if he most strenuously clarifies that it is NOT the form of his life.

I've got the lead coming into the last stage. Creatre needed one more week and would have caught my team. Every mountain stage brought him closer and closer.
