Is RAAM a sanctioned race? Could Lance race in it?

It is sanctioned by the UltraMarathon Cycling Association.

I'm not sure if it's subject to USADA rulings though or even know if they have doping controls.

well,... i know for certain that I would have to be heavily doped to RACE across america on a bike. ride, yes, race no. :lol:
