Is this a product of Schwinn Bicycle Company?
The fact that the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission put quote marks around Schwinn ("Schwinn" Stingy Styled Lowrider Push Bike) would lead one to believe it may not be a Schwinn product.
Schwinn Bicycle Company may have a problem with the commission describing it this way if it wasn't manufactured by them.

Scooper, I agree, the way it is written makes it look like it may not be a real Schwinn, I can't see anything about it on the traders site linked in the recall.
