Copilot seat pushes kid's helmet forward

So I recently installed a Copilot kid's seat to the back of one of my bikes. The problem is the design of the seat tends to push her helmet forward and covers her eyes. I tried many things, such as tightening the helmet and the shoulder straps, but the problem persists. I also suspect she slouches, which I thought the strap tightening would help but it has not. I tried googling the issue thinking it might be a common issue. Has anyone else experienced this? Is the Copilot seat just not good? Are Burly's (or similar) safer?

Put a pillow behind them, it moves their body forward so that the back of the seat doesn't push the helmet forward.

We haven't really had this problem. The seat has sort of a deeper area behind the head that's supposed to take care of it. Do you have the Limo version or the Taxi version? If it's the Limo, do you have it reclined? If not, could you lean back the rack to lean the seat?

We did have trouble with kiddo's helmet just being too loose. I added some padding in front and top, until he grew into it.
