Well, so far I have been successful at riding the trainer 45 minutes several times a week. Got out for 20 miles last Saturday, but right now the weather is very cold and there is ice on the trails, etc., so I won't be getting out today.

I ride every day, except when my wife is in the hospital (her health is not good). In practice this works out to riding somewhat over 300 days a year. If I don't commute by bike I get in either a morning or an evening ride. My goal is to get in a consistent 120 miles per week. So far I don't meet that goal, and instead average around 70-80.
