best folding trailer ?

Which is the best folding trailer? Out of the "quality" trailers (such as Charriot, Burley, Wike, etc.) which is smallest once folded and which is the easiest to fold? Folded size is more relevant to my choice than weight of the trailer. (Trailers for 2 children, preferably with storage space for shopping or school bags)

According to Wike, their trailers are superior on the account of folding, and their video is very impressive.

But this brand is hard to get in Europe.

Other trailers owners, if you take a look at the "folding video" do you feel Whooaa
or do you feel, Well, that's not much different than mine. :p

From the video it looks like it folds up faster and smaller than my '06 Burley Encore. Overall, I'm really happy with my Burley, but I would have to describe it as bulky. On the other hand, it looks like there's less room for the kids inside the Wike in that video than there is in our Burley.

If you are looking for a compact folder that is not hard on the plastic windows on the trailer & hangs compactly in the garage w/o much fuss, I would recommend any Burley D'Lite folding trailer up to 2007 where the sides fold inward & make a package approx. 32"x27"x10"--easy fold, no stress on side windows when folded (big problem on newer '07-'08 Burleys), and more compact than the newer Burleys and Chariot Cougars overall. The outer wheelguards on the 2006 Burleys & older also allow you to hang up your Burley from the ceiling from about any position. Wike Trailers compact nicely, but do not have the storage capacity of the older Burleys.

Not sure if your asking for the best trailer, or the best folding. I believe out Chariot is the best trailer (suspension, hitch, seatbelts) but its personal opinion, all the top brands are good. It is very easy to fold, but not necessarily the most compact.

Yes Chariot trailers are among the best ones. But what defines quality for some is trivial for others.

Easy and compact folding is a key requirement for me, much more than storage space. Suspension is important too, as well as all weather endurance (hot and cold).

I have a Wike trailer. It does fold up very easily. However, I don't know what you mean by compact folding. I does fold into itself pretty nicely but I wouldn't call it compact. I find it large compared to the other trailers I see. I had my 6 yo sit in the Burley and the Chariot and in both she complained that it was too cramped (her legs were scrunched up), especially with her 3 yo sister in it too. In the Wike there is a lot of headroom and legroom which gives it a much higher profile than the others. She is able to stretch her legs out fully in it. So the Wike is easy to fold and folds down on itself but I would think it would be bigger than the other trailers just by height and length. I chose the Wike since I thought I could use it to haul my girls up and down the hills longer as they wouldn't outgrow it too soon. Hope this helps!

Our burley encore gets regular folding. My wife pulls it (w/ our daughter) down the hill to her daycare in the am, leaves it there, and I go after work to pick her up and pull her up the hill. So, break it down quickly on the sidewalk, run it into the staff room for storage, run it back out, put it back up, load it and go, all w/in the attention span of a 3 yr old.

We leave the wheels on but they QR out if needed. I've seen them locked up on streets w/ a U-lock holding a bike, the flattened trailer, and the wheels. Usually when we park the bike with the trailer to go somewhere we just lock the bike and leave the trailer, hasn't gone missing yet.
