Yakima Load Warrior Roof Basket on 2011 Subaru Forester

installed a Yakima Load Warrior Roof Basket (aka Subaru Heavy Duty) on a 2011 Subaru Forester. if anyone is interested I can post more pics and some notes. apparently one can mount a bike rack on top of this rack. not sure I would do that. 'tis the season to mount racks and roof stuff so thought I'd throw this out there in case anyone was thinking of doing the same thing

Why wouldn't you mount a bike rack on it? (Other than the fact that it inhibits loading whatever else you might want to put in it.)

cuz you would be one level further away from the side rails, which are the most secure thing. and you would be that much higher off the ground.
