Locking your stick...

I'm trying to figure out how to lock my Giro.

Obviously, there is no 'closed' frame to run a lock or cable through, so I'm tossing around the idea of making a three-loop cable.

I'm curious...how do you other stick riders lock your bike?

We're using this for the wife's trike which has a similar issue:

Here's what I'm thinking:

Three loops on a cable. The distance between loops 'A' and 'B' will be long enough to wrap around the main frame tube. The end with loop 'C' will be routed around whatever I'm securing the bike to, then loop 'C' will pass over 'A', then 'A' and 'B' will go into the lock.

I carry two cable locks for my LWB Tour Easy, but still a never get very far from it..

Plus I always leave it in first gear, would take a skilled bent rider to ride off on it !

What is the name of this device?

Honestly, sticks are so rare in my area that I don't worry about theft too much.
