Well Said Schwinnhund..

Last week I crashed pretty hard on my mountain bike that I ride like a crazy Teenager,,

I rode my Tour Easy both days this weekend, felt real good, helped me with recovery considerably.
If someone gave me a DF road bike I'd give it to someone else ....
