Worth of modified EZ-Rider CX?

Recumbent What IS that thing?! Recumbents may be odd looking, but they have many advantages over a "wedgie" bicycle. Discuss the in's and out's recumbent lifestyle in the recumbent forum.

Worth of modified EZ-Rider CX?

I don't know if this is the right place for value questions on recumbents. If not, my apologies and please move to the right forum. Want to make a fair cash offer on a recumbent local to me. This one has been modified by the looks of it. Someone installed a suspension fork in the front and changed the rear wheel from a 20" to a 24". It's not original. What would be a reasonable price to pay. I'm hesitant at the asking price but kinda want this thing to play with. Here is the listing:

What do you guys think it's worth? And will it even handle correctly built up like this. It's odd, I've never seen anyone else modify one in this fashion.

Are you asking is it worth the $300 list price? Yes, I would say it's a good bargain and worth it. Decent recumbents for under 5 bills are exceedingly rare, so if you want a bent I'd say jump on it. Looks like the owner added a suspension fork, but the rear suspension is from the factory. The Sun EZ Sport family of recumbents are considered good, entry-level bikes. Not as polished or fast as much more expensive recumbents, but still fun and perfectly rideable.

It's worth $300, but I'd want to restore it as much as possible back to the original front geometry. A front shock on a LWB is pointless, much less one that's the wrong size.
