Recumbent What IS that thing?! Recumbents may be odd looking, but they have many advantages over a "wedgie" bicycle. Discuss the in's and out's recumbent lifestyle in the recumbent forum.

Upright riders continue to go at it with Ryda, even after the thread has been moved to recumbents. In effect, he started a war there and then brought it here.

Sorry I posted that to the wrong thread. It should have gone in the "time to diversify" thread. That thread was originally posted to the General forum and got moved here; but Ryda and various upright guys keep trading swipes - here now, not there.

Blather what you want, but at least cycling on a bent or a trike is not a pain in the ass. On the other hand the "real cyclist" that rail against bents often are.

And, it generally produces the opposite effect.

I didnt know cycling was a religion, so I guess your argument goes for not. Cycling is a fun sport, and the less pain incurred the better.

No surprise you overlooked most of the definition beyond the first entry.
