When an e-Trike Throttle Comes in Handy!
Riding on a country road today that I've been on before, when an untethered dog came after me from his owner's front yard. Thank goodness I have a throttle on my e-trikeike. I was able to leave him in the dust where, without a throtlle, I'm pretty sure that I would have been toast!

On my e-trike, I normally let the torque sensing add in the assist. However sometimes on start up I will blip the throttle to get me going on a fast stop light.

Throttle comes in handy when you're doing everything right and some nutter in a car decides to pretend you aren't there. Important safety device.
