Where to get a tadpole?

I'm thinking of building a bent, and would like to get a tadpole. Does anyone know of a source for a frame with basic components, that I could build up to my liking? Or a budget complete that I could upgrade?

Thanks.

actionbent's tadpole is 1300. You could probably score one for cheaper on fleabay.
