Just got my first ever recumbent bike!
Woohoo! I am so excited. I got a Sun tadpole. It is so fun to ride, though I haven't been able to go on a serious ride yet. My dad got one yesterday, he's been haunting these forums for a while. HI DAD! He will be 86 this month. I am half that.
I haven't been able to ride a bike in years. I spent my youth on a bike. I always loved riding but then due to Multiple Sclerosis and then two back surgeries, I had to stop. I didn't know until test riding the tadpole, how much I missed it. Given my physical challenges, I will work to slowly build my endurance but I can't wait.
Anyway- fun...fun...FUN!

Sunburn? You are lucky...you must have sun already. Wish we did. It's pouring rain today and I don't have the fenders yet (they've been ordered). It's like when you get a sled for Christmas and then it doesn't snow. Oh well, soon enough I'll be complaining about the 100+ days.
Thanks for the welcome everyone! I look forward to annoying you all with my questions and comments.
